Strong Architectural photography has always been my passion as a photographer. In the Business photography many customers want straight lines. But there are also companies that utilise the power of distortion.
My idea was to go to Düsseldorf that day and find interesting lines there that had a strong Visual language and photographing them might have been an exaggeration. Bridges were on my mind and in the middle of Düsseldorf this route (millipede).
The extreme wide angle helped me to interpret the scene powerfully. A longer exposure time brought additional dynamism to the image through the tram. Many dynamic lines make this architectural photo an eye-catcher for me. And then there is this strong contrast and the striking colours that make the whole thing look surreal. There were other photos, including quieter ones like the one below:
Of course, the reflections in the tram are particularly effective in both photos. I also classify both photos in the category Photographic art as I can well imagine them on the wall.
